Introduction
Hello and welcome to our class page. We are the Seedlings and we are taught by Mrs Jones. We are lucky enough to have the help of the wonderful Miss Walsh on a full time basis and additional support from Mrs Burgess and Ms Andrews who pop in for the odd lesson throughout the week.
We are always up to lots of exciting things in Seedlings class and the children have got off to a great start this year. Please see our Autumn class newsletter for the latest class information and our curriculum details for this term for a sneak peek into what we will be getting up to.
Examples of learning
Taking risks in Forest School with a barefoot walk.
Foraging for blackberries at the community orchard and tasting the yummy blackberry and apple crumble that we made.
Connecting with nature in our own Secret Garden.

Here is our Curriculum Map for the Autumn Term 2024. Our topic this term was WW2.
In the academic year 23-24, we enjoyed trips to Magna, and The Tropical Butterfly House, as well as many local trips to the library and exploring our local area. We also had a blast at our annual class sleepover!
